Buffalo Style Wings

Cilantro Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
The perfect compliment even the hottest wings… make it in a few minutes, let it sit, then break it back out for wing time! Ingredients: ½ C. Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt ½ C. Mayo ½ C. Blue Cheese Crumbles 1 Tb. White Wine Vinegar 2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped 3-4 Tb. Chopped Cilantro.
Chili
This chili is good enough to win a cook-off, but easy enough for family dinner! As traditional Texas Chili, this recipe doesn’t have beans! But, if you want to go against tradition, knock yourself out by adding pinto beans, corn, tomatoes, or anything you’d like! This recipe can be multiplied or cut in half!
